A large master planned community needs a driven Facilities Manager to oversee its vast property. This individual will ensure planning/compliance functions are met, operational procedures are followed through, and provide overall support to employees, training, and administrative oversight of the facilities. Duties include, but not limited to: supervise & inspect quality of service done by vendors, monitor quality of all common area buildings, oversee all work done for landscape, tree work, pools, HVAC units, and recreational areas. This role works closely with both internal and external teams, so excellent communication skills are a must, along with superb customer service, attention to detail and follow-through. Prior lead/supervisory experience in Facilities/Grounds Maintenance is required.
