Leadership Team

Jeff Seifert
Owner, President, CEO

After completing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems, Mr. Seifert entered the staffing recruiting industry with Robert Half International. As a top performer at Robert Half, he was later recruited to launch the Southern California staffing agency Lyn Howard and Associates, where he assumed the role of President. It soon became one of the top ten agencies in its market.

In 1991, he decided to return to Arizona to raise his family. Mr. Seifert joined the management team at Professional Placement/Pro-Tem Service and has been in a key leadership role ever since.

With experience in the staffing industry since the mid-1980s, Mr. Seifert is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to helping clients find the right match. Clients who have worked with Mr. Seifert describe him as honest, upfront, and genuine, with an excellent level of service to both the Company and the Candidate.

Daphne Feekes
Recruitment Manager

Daphne began her early career in Fashion Merchandising, where she quickly climbed the management ladder. She came to Professional Placement with several years’ experience in hiring, training, and leading teams to success. Her position as Employment Coordinator was a natural fit for her, as she is known for her genuine concern for others and her effectiveness in communicating with both clients and candidates.

Within Daphne’s time here at Professional Placement, she has really grown and developed her recruiting skills and client relationships and is now the Recruitment Manager. Daphne keeps updated on the latest job markets, expanding job opportunities, and developing relationships within the industry. She enjoys determining your strengths and finding the right opportunities that match your career skill set.

Daphne grew up in Iowa, raised her family and relocated to Arizona with her husband in 2016 for the beautiful weather, where they now make it their home.

Jessica Roe 
Operations Manager

Jessica, a born and raised Phoenix native, began her journey with Professional Placement almost 15 years ago. On the same day Jessica called us, she was sent on an interview with a client and was quickly hired for the job. It was an in-house sales position where Jessica had a chance to grow tremendously. She developed very strong Customer Service and Administrative skills, which would be very valuable in the next steps of her career. After about 7 years in the Sales position, the company had outsourced their sales team and Jessica made another call to us. This brought a new opportunity as an Administrator and Sales / HR support with another great company, where she discovered her love of wearing many hats. After several years, Jessica was in search of more growth opportunity and reached out again to Professional Placement. This time, it led her to become a valued member of our team as an Employment Coordinator. Jessica continues to grow and expand her skills, and is now our Operations Manager. She enjoys the balance of working directly with clients and candidates, as well and handling back office organization and Administrative tasks. Jessica loves helping others and is exceptional at managing the back-office operations for the team.

Jessica loves living close to her family and calling Arizona her forever home.
