Meet Our Team
Jeff Seifert, President / CEO
Jeff is the President/CEO of Professional Placement and Pro Tem Service. He entered the staffing/ recruiting industry with Robert Half International and quickly became a top performer, and was later recruited to launch the Southern California staffing agency, Lyn Howard & Associates. Jeff assumed the role as President, and the firm became one of the top ten agencies in its market.
Jeff returned to Arizona in 1991 to raise his family, and that is when he joined the management team at Professional Placement/ Pro Tem Service and has been in a key leadership role ever since.
With 30 years of experience in the staffing industry, Jeff brings an unmatched level of service and dedication to help clients find the right fit. His keen ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships is what has led clients to describe him as honest, up front, and genuine. He prides himself on continually delivering this high level of service to both the Company and the Candidate.
Daphne Feekes, Employment Coordinator
Daphne began her early career in Fashion Merchandising, where she quickly climbed the management ladder. She came to Professional Placement with several years experience in hiring, training, and leading teams to success. Her position as Employment Coordinator was a natural fit for her, as she is known for her genuine concern for others and her effectiveness in communicating with both clients and candidates.
After graduating from college, Daphne and her husband moved to Arizona. Shortly after, a new job opportunity for Daphne’s husband moved them back to their home state of Iowa, and this is where they remained for many years while raising their family. When a new position for Daphne’s husband arose in Arizona, they quickly jumped on the opportunity to move back and have made Arizona their new home.
James Leyva Estrella, Employment Coordinator
James wears many hats in his position as Employment Coordinator, and does so with ease! His focus and positive attitude are displayed as he assists in recruiting, client and candidate communication, and working on special projects for the firm. With a background in customer service and public relations, James offers a diverse set of skills that are an invaluable asset to the team!
After completing his Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Central Florida, James relocated to Arizona. James brings a unique creativity and strong work ethic that makes our team delighted to have him on board!
Chelsey Angellotti, Marketing Coordinator
Chelsey joined the Professional Placement team with several years of retail management, sales, and customer service experience. Her drive and skillful communication provided her successful start as Senior Recruiter, and she now serves as the firms Marketing Coordinator. She continues to assist with recruiting, but maintains a strong focus on our marketing; including coordinating, advertising, and client/ candidate engagement.
Chelsey is an Arizona native and loves spending her time with her husband and young daughters. One of her favorite activities is hiking, and any and all things family-oriented.
Chanel Buckner, Employment Coordinator
Chanel came to the Professional Placement team with a strong background in Customer Service and a genuine love for helping people. This love for serving others started early in her life, leading her to take her first job in a nursing facility and eventually lead her to our team, where she helps others in their career paths. Chanel is the first contact for those meeting in our office and does a wonderful job maintaining a top-notch professional atmosphere. Her ability to build strong relationships, maintain a positive attitude, and anticipate the needs of others have been great assets in the administrative support she offers to others in the office.
Chanel relocated from Indiana to Arizona to be near and to help her family. When she isn’t working to ensure our office is running smoothly, she is helping raise her beautiful family.
