All employee costs (payroll taxes, insurance, and benefits) are paid by Professional Placement / Pro-Tem Service, Inc. In addition, we issue paychecks through our offices. Your complete satisfaction with every employee we refer to is our primary goal. That's why we offer a generous guarantee on employees you hire through Professional Placement / Pro-Tem Service.
For direct-hire candidates, the guarantee is as follows:
If the employee terminates or is terminated at any time within the first five (5) weeks of employment, a full refund of the service charge will be made.
If the employee terminates or is terminated at any time within five (5) to ten (10) weeks of employment, a refund of one-half of the service charge will be made.
For temporary candidates, the guarantee is as follows:
In the unlikely event that the services of a new Pro-Tem employee are unsatisfactory, and we are notified within four hours of the time the assignment begins, you will not be charged for the work performed.
